Usability designs and improvements

Quite often Guidesi is asked to help with the usability of existing implemented products and services. For example web page navigation may need some clarification or then there are problems with the usability on a component level.

Exidio Trezone is a multicurrency cash forecasting and liquidity management solution using a SaaS (Software as a Service) model. It is used via a web browser.

Guidesi participated in the existing service usability improvements by redesigning individual service views and components. Clarifying the users goals and task flows will help to improve and prioritize the user interface component placement, layout and arrangement.

In information-rich environments, even small usability designs can remarkably improve the usability of the product and interface – withouth having to redesign the whole user interface from a scratch!
