Building a service concept
What if there's only the idea of the service/product? Or there are some existing services needing a total redesign to a better, more unified user experience?
Sweco Industry needed a new induction portal for their learning management system (LMS). A lot of information existed in several knowledge bases and in the intranet, but they were scattered. To improve induction processes and HR work a unified LMS portal was designed.

Guidesi started by setting up intensive requirement workshops, in which the existing knowledge of HR and e-learning people of Sweco Industry was gathered to depict the new portal. User profiles and use cases were documented, as well as initial user interface look–and–feel. The portal was implemented by SystemsGarden.
